Birth Doula Package

I would be humbled to be your advocate through your pregnancy and birth journey.

As your doula I will be there to support you emotionally and physically, provide you with knowledge and guidance whenever you need.

Feeling supported and being informed are significant to have a positive birth experience!

I will be that person who encourages you and gives you the confidence to believe in yourself that you can do this!

I will guide your partner in different ways they can actively support you during pregnancy and labor, so you could feel safe, surrounded by love, and have an empowering birth experience!

Basic Package includes:

2-3 prenatal visits (about 1-2 hours each)
Unlimited calls/ text support
On-Call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks until baby comes
At the day of birth - continuous labor support from the moment you want me to join you
1-2 hours support immediately after the birth
1 postpartum visit (about 2 hours)
Lending my TENS unit (if available)
